A new dawn, a new day, a new site for me.

I love my job. When I’m not working for clients, I take time to relax by working for me. Now, after three years of puttering on my hobby and a number of rejected designs, I finally found a couple weeks to make this—version eight—a reality.

This iteration is the eighth, because I never tire:

[It] may be that God makes every daisy separately, but has never got tired of making them. –G.K. Chesterton, Orthodoxy

It is the fourth, because I never quiet:

Throughout the world sounds one long cry from the heart of the artist: Give me the chance to do my very best. –Gabriel Axel & Karen Blixen, Babette’s Feast

And it is the first, because I actually completed this one. I think I’ll keep it for a while.

  1. Congratulations, Shannon. Brilliant new design, deliciously executed. Absolutely love it. I’ll be visiting often, at which times I may raid your famous green fridge in search of micro-brewed sodas.

  2. Thanks, dude. I’ll be sure to stock up!

  3. Fantastic. Been looking forward to this day. My cap is off. Beautiful.

  4. Thanks, Josh!

  5. Sweet! Nice Redesign.

  6. The first word that springs to mind about your site is “cozy”. Very Creative!

  7. Absolutely amazing Shannon! I’m curious, was this a Symphony site? If so, s2 rev5 or s1.7? Just wondering. But… this a beautiful site! Well done!!!

  8. @Peter, Adam, and Brian: Thanks!

@Brian: As much as I love Symphony, I’m actually using a home-grown framework I call Shepf.

  9. Once again, nice site. Me likey, retro flavour! I’m wowed by your http://www.shannonmoeller.com/portfolio/jonathan-park/ btw.

  10. Loving the site, just stumbled upon it from a CSS directory. While browsing the source I came across a rather amusing line.

[if lte IE 6] div class=idiot Your browser is out of date

Classic! Keep up the great work!
